Agora estes eram os filhos de David, que nasceram para ele em Hebron: o primogênito, Amnon, de Ainoã, a Jezreelita; o segundo, Daniel, de Abigail, a Carmelita;

o terceiro, Absalão, filho de Maaca, filha de Talmai, rei de Gesur; o quarto, Adonias, filho de Hagite;

o quinto, Sefatias, de Abital; o sexto, Itreão, de Eglá, sua esposa:

seis nasceram para ele em Hebron; e ele reinou lá sete anos e seis meses. Ele reinou trinta e três anos em Jerusalém;

e estes nasceram para ele em Jerusalém: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan e Salomão, quatro, de Bathshua, filha de Ammiel;

e Ibhar, Elishama, Eliphelet,
- 7
Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,
- 8
Elishama, Eliada e Eliphelet, nove.
- 9
Todos estes eram filhos de David, além dos filhos das concubinas; e Tamar era sua irmã.

O filho de Salomão era Roboão, Abias seu filho, Asa seu filho, Jeosafá seu filho,

Jorão seu filho, Acazias seu filho, Joás seu filho,
- 12
Amazonas seu filho, Azarias seu filho, Jotão seu filho,
- 13
Acaz seu filho, Ezequias seu filho, Manassés seu filho,
- 14
Amon seu filho, e Josias seu filho.

Os filhos de Josias: o primogênito Johanan, o segundo Jehoiaquim, o terceiro Zedequias e o quarto Shallum.

Os filhos de Jeoiaquim: Jeconias, seu filho, e Zedequias, seu filho.

Os filhos de Jeconias, o cativo: Shealtiel seu filho,

Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jecamias, Hoshama, e Nedabias.

Os filhos de Pedaías: Zorobabel e Shimei. Os filhos de Zorobabel: Mesulão e Hananias; e Selomite era sua irmã;

e Hassubá, Ohel, Berequias, Hasadias, e Jushab Hesed, cinco.

Os filhos de Hananiah: Pelatiah e Jesaías; os filhos de Refaías, os filhos de Arnan, os filhos de Obadias, os filhos de Shecanias.

O filho de Shecaniah: Semaías. Os filhos de Semaías: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, e Shaphat, seis.

Os filhos de Nearias: Elioenai, Hizquias, e Azrikam, três.

Os filhos de Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliasibe, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johananan, Delaiah, e Anani, sete.

Now these were the sons of David, who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second, Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess;

the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;

the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife:

six were born to him in Hebron; and he reigned there seven years and six months. He reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem;

and these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon, four, by Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel;

and Ibhar, Elishama, Eliphelet,

Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,

Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

All these were the sons of David, in addition to the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister.

Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,

Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,

Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
- 13
Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
- 14
Amon his son, and Josiah his son.

The sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, and the fourth Shallum.

The sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, and Zedekiah his son.

The sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,
- 18
Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.

The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;
- 20
and Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab Hesed, five.
- 21
The sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah; the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shecaniah.
- 22
The son of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. The sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
- 23
The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.
- 24
The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
