Now these were the sons of David, who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second, Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess;

the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;
- 3
the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife:
- 4
six were born to him in Hebron; and he reigned there seven years and six months. He reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem;

and these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon, four, by Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel;

and Ibhar, Elishama, Eliphelet,
- 7
Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,
- 8
Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

All these were the sons of David, in addition to the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister.

Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,

Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
- 12
Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
- 13
Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
- 14
Amon his son, and Josiah his son.

The sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, and the fourth Shallum.

The sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, and Zedekiah his son.
- 17
The sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,
- 18
Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.

The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;
- 20
and Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab Hesed, five.
- 21
The sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah; the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shecaniah.

The son of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. The sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six.

The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.
- 24
The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.

Estes foram os filhos de Davi que lhe nasceram em Hebrom: o primogênito, Amnom, de Ainoã, a jezreelita; o segundo, Daniel, de Abigail, a carmelita;

Seis lhe nasceram em Hebrom, onde ele reinou sete anos e seis meses. E reinou trinta e três anos em Jerusalém;

e estes lhe nasceram em Jerusalém: Simeia, Sobabe, Natã e Salomão, os quatro de Bate-Sua, filha de Amiel;

e Ibar, Elisama, Elifelete,

Noga, Nefegue, Jafia,
- 8
Elisama, Eliada e Elifelete, nove.

Todos estes foram filhos de Davi, além dos filhos das concubinas; e Tamar era irmã deles.

O filho de Salomão foi Roboão; Abias, seu filho; Asa, seu filho; Josafá, seu filho;

Jeorão, seu filho; Acazias, seu filho; Joás, seu filho;
- 12
Amazias, seu filho; Azarias, seu filho; Jotão, seu filho;
- 13
Acaz, seu filho; Ezequias, seu filho; Manassés, seu filho;
- 14
Amom, seu filho; e Josias, seu filho.

Os filhos de Josias: o primogênito, Joanã; o segundo, Jeoaquim; o terceiro, Zedequias; e o quarto, Salum.

Os filhos de Jeoaquim: Jeconias, seu filho; e Zedequias, seu filho.
- 17
Os filhos de Jeconias, o cativo: Sealtiel, seu filho;
- 18
Malquirão, Pedaías, Senazar, Jecamias, Hosama e Nedabias.

Os filhos de Pedaías: Zorobabel e Simei. Os filhos de Zorobabel: Mesulão e Hananias; e Selomite era irmã deles;
- 20
e Hasuba, Oel, Berequias, Hasadias e Jusabe-Hesede, cinco.
- 21
Os filhos de Hananias: Pelatias e Jesaías; os filhos de Refaías, os filhos de Arnã, os filhos de Obadias, os filhos de Secanias.

O filho de Secanias: Semaías. Os filhos de Semaías: Hatus, Igal, Barias, Nearias e Safate, seis.
- 23
Os filhos de Nearias: Elioenai, Ezequias e Azricão, três.
- 24
Os filhos de Elioenai: Hodavias, Eliasibe, Pelaías, Acube, Joanã, Delaías e Anani, sete.
